How it works
To access this offer, users need to log in to their profile on our website and be members of our loyalty programme. The system will check if they are Loyal, Loyal+ or Beyond customers.
Users shall place an order over $60 from Collection products (items from the Outlet section are excluded)
Once the order is completed and the selected item added, users shall enter the discount code provided by email.
Consequently, users need to add the free product to their cart and the discount code before proceeding to payment.
If the free product is not included in the order at the time of purchase, you will not be able to add it later.
Offer subject to stock availability.
The offer is limited to one single free product for each customer and order placed.

 
Returns

 
If you want to return your whole order, you need to return the free item as well in order to get your refund. The gift item is not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
